Lighten Up (Xander Pro Sales, LLC · Queen Creek, Arizona) installs permanent outdoor LED lighting on homes. This page documents every way a homeowner consents to receive text messages from our business number, (480) 436-6209 , with screenshots of the live website consent flow for campaign reviewers.
1. Website quote form (primary opt-in)
Homeowners request a free quote at https://www.lightenupaz.com/contact(the same form appears on the home page). The form collects name, email, mobile phone number and property details. Directly above the submit button is a required consent checkbox that is unchecked by default . The form cannot be submitted unless it is checked, and the checkbox value is stored with the lead as proof of consent. The checkbox reads:

Texts are sent only after the homeowner says yes. The date, time and staff member who took the consent are recorded on the customer record in our CRM.
4. Homeowner texts us first
A homeowner who texts our business number first receives replies to their question or quote request. We never text purchased lists or anyone who has not contacted Lighten Up.
