At Lighten Up AZ, we install systems designed to last. Our premium LED technology is rated for 50,000 working hours. To put that in perspective: if you run your lights for 6 hours every single night (e.g., 5pm–11pm), that is over 20 years of brilliant light.



While the technology is built for a lifetime, we back it up with a warranty that puts your mind at ease.

Part 1: The 10-Year "Double Protection" System Warranty

Most manufacturers only offer a 5-year warranty. We believe that isn't enough. Lighten Up AZ matches the manufacturer's warranty and doubles it, giving you a 10-Year Bumper-to-Bumper System Warranty.


For 10 years from your installation date, if your system fails due to a component defect, we cover it. This includes:

  • The LEDs: If a bulb burns out prematurely or loses color function.
  • The Hardware: The power box, controllers, and data boosters.
  • The Wiring: All connections essential to the system's power.

Part 2: The 2-Year Professional Installation Warranty

We take pride in our craftsmanship. For the first 2 years, we guarantee the installation work itself. This covers the mounting and securing of the tracks to your home. If a track comes loose or separates due to our installation methods within this period, we will return to fix it at no cost.

Clear & Simple Exclusions

Our warranty is designed to cover our products and our workmanship. However, we cannot cover issues caused by external forces out of our control. The following are excluded from coverage:


  • Home Structure Issues: Damage caused by natural deterioration of the home, such as rotting wood, rusting fascia, or shifting foundations.

  • "Acts of God" & Accidents: Damage caused by lightning, hail, wind, floods, or physical impact (e.g., a baseball, a ladder hitting the track, or other contractors cutting wires).

  • Tampering: Any issues resulting from the homeowner or a third party attempting to repair, paint, or modify the system components or tracks.

Our "Service for Life" Commitment

We are partners for the long haul. Even after your 10-year warranty expires, we are here to help.

Post-warranty repairs are simple and affordable:

  • Service: A standard service fee of $150/hour applies for our technicians to travel to your home and perform the repair.

  • Can you see the lights and track during the day?

    Our goal is for the system to be virtually invisible. We use a high-quality aluminum track that is color-matched to your home’s trim or soffit. When installed flush against the architecture, the track blends in seamlessly, preserving your home's curb appeal during the day. The lights themselves are discreetly housed within the track, so you only notice them when they're on.

  • Can I choose the color temperature of the white light? (e.g., warm vs. cool white)

    Yes, and this is a key benefit of our system. You are not locked into a single shade of white. Our RGBW (Red, Green, Blue, White) LED system includes a dedicated warm white diode, but it can also be adjusted through the app to produce a full spectrum of whites—from a warm, cozy candlelight glow to a crisp, natural daylight, to a modern cool white.
