Lighten Up (Xander Pro Sales, LLC). Effective September 4, 2026.

Program description. Lighten Up sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to homeowners who have asked about our permanent outdoor lighting: quote follow-ups, design renderings and quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, installation updates, and replies to your questions. Messages come from our business number, (480) 436-6209, and are handled by our staff.

How you opt in. You agree to receive texts when you (1) submit a quote form on www.lightenupaz.com that includes your mobile number, (2) call or text our business number, or (3) reply to one of our mailed offers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Frequency varies, typically 1 to 6 messages per inquiry or job.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation text and no further messages. You can also email lights@lightenupaz.com or call (480) 436-6209 to be removed.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
