Who we are. Lighten Up is a permanent outdoor lighting installer based in Queen Creek, Arizona, operated by Xander Pro Sales, LLC ("Lighten Up," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through www.lightenupaz.com, our phone line (480) 436-6209, and our text message program, and how we use it.
Information we collect. When you request a quote, call or text us, book a walkthrough, or become a customer, we collect the information you give us: name, phone number, email address, property address, details about your home (stories, square footage), photos of your home that you send us or that we obtain from public street imagery to prepare a design, your messages to us, and payment information handled by our payment processor. We also collect basic website analytics (pages visited, device type) through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
How we use it. To respond to your quote request, prepare lighting designs and quotes, schedule and perform walkthroughs and installations, send appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates, process payments, provide warranty service, and improve our website and services.
Text messaging (SMS) program. If you provide your mobile number and submit a form on our website, call or text us, or reply to one of our mailers, you agree to receive text messages from Lighten Up about your quote, appointments, and service. Message frequency varies (typically 1 to 6 messages per inquiry or job). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation text and no further messages. We do not share your mobile information. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers. We use service providers that process information only on our behalf and under our instructions: Twilio (sending and receiving texts and calls), Stripe (payments), Google (maps and analytics), Lob (printing and mailing postcards), Supabase and Netlify (hosting our customer system), and Duda (hosting this website). These providers may not use your information for their own marketing.
Other sharing. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a sale or merger of our business.
Retention and security. We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting, and warranty obligations. Call recordings made for training and quality purposes are kept for up to 12 months. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information.
Your choices. Opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing lights@lightenupaz.com.
Children. Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
